Meeting Notice- AC Gym Units

On Friday, May 6, 2025, at 9:00 AM, the Executive Board convened in an emergency session to discuss the following urgent matters:
Replacement of two inoperable gym AC units.
Installation of temporary gym cooling units.
Failure of the units could not have reasonably been foreseen, affects the health, welfare, safety of residents, required immediate attention and action by the Executive Board and therefore it was impracticable for the Board to comply with the other noticed provisions of NRS 116 and governing documents.
