WORK NOTICE - STREET WORK

Holbrook will be on-site March 25 to finish treatment to the PURPLE section. Please click here to view the map which indicates the sections being treated. This map will be posted on mailboxes throughout the Community. Holbrook will be placing flyers on garage doors 48 – 72 hours in advance to remind you when your street is being treated.
WHAT IF MY CAR IS PARKED ON A ROAD THAT IS CLOSED?
Work will commence each day at 7:00am and the streets being treated will be closed for 24 hours – 36 hours. A tow truck will be on-site to relocate any cars parked on the street scheduled to be treated that day. Please do not park within 50 feet of any street being worked on. There will be a $75.00 flat fee if your car needs to be relocated. This expense will be billed back to your account as it is the responsibility of the owner/resident. Please note, you may park overnight on the surrounding streets not being treated and in the Rec Center parking lot.
WHAT IF I HAVE A FOOD/PACKAGE DELIVERY?
If you have a delivery such as DoorDash, Amazon or scheduled service such as landscaping/house cleaning, etc…please be sure that you look at the map to confirm when your street will be treated. All guests, delivery drivers or vendors you’ve hired will need to park on an open street and walk to your residence on the sidewalk. If you will be having a landscape company servicing your home during the street closures, please do not have sprinklers, hoses, etc…set to come on 24 hours before the road closure, during the road closure, or 24 hours after the road closure as this may damage the installation of the treatment. If possible, please reschedule your landscape services 24 hours after your street is treated.
We will continue to send eblast notices with more information as needed. Please be neighborly and make a point of informing your neighbors of this project and the parking restrictions associated with it. Not everyone is set up for email communication and your help of spreading the word is much appreciated.
