WORK NOTICE - MAIN GATE ACCESS

During the open meeting on February 20, the Board voted to install conduit and replace the loop detectors at the main gate. The vendor, CAS, will be on-site at the main gate starting at 7 AM on Saturday, March 8, to begin the work. Please note that the main gate entry will remain closed until later in the afternoon, but you may still exit at the main gate. If the work is completed sooner, we will notify you.
All traffic including residents, guests, vendors, and visitors will need to use the back gate at Galleria and Via Alatoire St to enter the community. Please ensure your IAS profile is updated to reflect accurate information. Allied Security will be stationed at the back gate during the closure. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
