Phase 3 of the paver project is underway, and we expect this, and phase four will have the greatest impact on incoming traffic over the next three weeks.   

 

In addition, please be advised that the vendor CAS will be onsite tomorrow, March 5, 2025 at 7:00am to install loops and conduit at the front entry barrier arms. The work is anticipated to last a couple of hours. Once completed, we will send further notification. Residents, there will be limited entry access at the main gate. Please use the back gate at Galleria and Via Alatoire St and encourage guests and large delivery trucks to do the same to avoid long lines at the main entry.
 
We will continue to send email updates and additional notices as needed. Please be a good neighbor and help spread the word to anyone who may not be on our email list. Your assistance in keeping everyone informed is greatly appreciated.
