As we now vote and prepare for the installation of a new resident-controlled Board of Directors, we’d like to encourage all residents to take the next step with us as we continue transition and enter a new phase of our great community.
More than ever, the HOA and our new Board will need strong support and dedication from those who want to serve in the best interests of Tuscany.
You can help by volunteering your valuable time and talents on one of the many Committees in Tuscany.
Committees help to shape policy and make recommendations to the Board. Committees are often charged with hands-on responsibilities including but not limited to:
- RFP development
- Research and resourcing
- Planning events and activities
- Crafting key messaging
- Ensuring timely communication via the HOA
- Balancing and maintaining financials
- Maintaining and improving facilities
- Troubleshooting issues revolving around public safety, landscaping, communications and Rec Center operations
- Adjudicating violation hearings
Many committee responsibilities can be accomplished with just 1 hour per month of your time; some committees require a little more involvement and effort from our residents.
If you’ve never volunteered for a committee in Tuscany, please don’t hesitate to reach out to a committee member and ask questions and about how you can help and how your skills or fresh ideas may contribute and make a difference.
