Tuscany’s Recreation Center is a 35,000 square-foot facility that offers state-of-the-art amenities for all residents. Step inside the rec center and you’ll find an activity for every member of the family. The multiple meeting rooms are perfect for family gatherings, business meetings or even a few rounds of cards with friends.

Cancel Your Gym Membership

You won’t need a gym separate membership when you live in Tuscany Village because the Recreation Center has everything you need to stay in shape. Grab a few friends and play a game of basketball in the full-size gymnasium, a few rounds of tennis or racquetball in our full-size courts, or practice your breaststroke in the lap pool. The resort-style pool is perfect for a dip or a relaxing afternoon in the sun, too.

The fitness center will make you sweat with plenty of free weights, resistance training machines and aerobic equipment. The full schedule of group fitness classes can help you meet your fitness goals, too.

Play a Round of Golf (or Several!) at the Chimera Golf Course

Chimera Golf Course is a privately-owned golf course within the Tuscany Village community. The challenging 18-hole course was designed by Ted Robinson and is open to both the community and the general public, though tee times and membership are not included with homeownership in Tuscany Village.
