#2: Slow down and scan the road. Remember: Slower speeds save lives.

Halloween in Tuscany
Many new residents ask about trick-and-treating and how to plan in advance for our community. We encourage trick-or-treating on Halloween between dusk and 8:30pm. Please do not approach unlit doorways or porches. Some streets are typically busier than others and the volume of trick-and-treat visitors may range from just a handful to dozens of children.
